These Red LED Baton Traffic Flares are an all-purpose multi-functional safety LED flare that feature 5 flash patterns including Rotate; Quad Flash; Alternating blinks; S.O.S. (Morse code); Steady on-high; Flashlight – operates independent of flash patterns. They also feature one 1/2-Watt white LED flashlight, plus 14 signal LEDs visible up to 1/2-mile.
